MKT Hub · marketing hub with client approval
Marketing approval leaves WhatsApp and starts applying to the exact version.
The MKT Hub is your company's window into its own marketing. Every piece arrives with its artwork and the copy for each network, you approve or request a change right there, publishing follows an order, and each network's performance stays in view. Redbeard can run the operation, or creation can stay with your own team.
Recognition
How this shows up day to day
Outsourced marketing usually works well until someone asks who approved what went live. The signs below show up before that.
- Approval is a "go ahead" on WhatsApp, answered between two meetings, and later nobody can say which version was approved.
- The published artwork is not exactly the one that was approved: someone adjusted a detail after the yes.
- Fixing one word becomes a round trip: the copy goes back to whoever wrote it, who sends a new version, which goes back for approval.
- The report shows zero for a network the company does not even use, and nobody knows whether it is zero or missing data.
- What is waiting for a decision lives in a spreadsheet, a chat and an e-mail at once, and the piece runs late without anyone having said no.
Day to day
What changes when approval has a place
The result is not one more tool to look at. It is that every piece has a place to be decided, and the decision stays on record.
Starts happening
- Every piece arrives with its artwork and the copy for each network, in carousel order and at the proportions it will go out in.
- You approve or request a change per network, and a change request carries the reason in writing.
- A typo you fix on the spot, in the copy itself, without sending the piece back.
- An e-mail tells you when a piece is waiting for your decision.
Stops happening
- Publishing a version different from the one approved.
- A piece going out without someone approving it and someone ordering it published.
- Seeing zero for a network you do not even subscribe to.
- Scrolling back through a chat to find who approved what, and when.
How it works
From a finished piece to each network's numbers
The path is the same for every piece, from the first carousel to a blog article.
The piece arrives ready to decide
The artwork, the copy for each network and, when there is one, the brief that explains the choice: the fact the topic came from, with date and source, and the visual concept.
In your window, in the list of what awaits your decision.
You decide the exact version
Approve, request a change, or fix the copy. After the decision, that network's copy and artwork are frozen: changing anything creates a new version, which goes back for approval.
The approval applies to that version, and only to it.
Publishing follows an order
Instagram as a single image or carousel, the Facebook Page and the company blog. On Instagram it goes out in one of three fixed slots a day; on the blog, at the date and time set. If a published post disappears from the network, the Hub notices and says so.
Every published piece keeps the link and the fingerprint of the artwork that went live.
Performance shows up per network
Views and interactions for Instagram, Facebook and the blog. When the network does not provide the number, the screen says "not available" and why.
Absence is shown as absence, never as zero.
Engagement
Two ways to hire it
The difference is who creates the pieces. The window, the approval and the ordered publishing are the same in both.
Operation run by Redbeard
Redbeard plans the editorial calendar, creates the pieces, collects the data, orders publishing and reads the performance with you. The Hub is your window into that work.
You decide; the rest of the operation is ours.
Platform use
Creation stays with your team, or with whoever already produces for you. Redbeard puts the pieces into the Hub, keeps the data collection running and orders publishing after your approval.
Creation is yours; the record and the order belong to the Hub.
In both modes, every network you subscribe to appears in your window, and one that is not in the contract does not appear. The price comes in the proposal, after the conversation, because it depends on how many networks are included, the monthly volume of pieces and who creates them.
Agencies and consultancies
For those serving several companies
Each of your clients gets a window of its own that shows only what is theirs, with their logo at the top. Redbeard's view has one row per client and no total row, because adding different companies together answers no question for any of them. Production stays with you; bringing pieces in, data collection and publishing go through Redbeard.
Access and record
Who gets in, what they see, and what stays on record
- Everyone signs in with a password and an authenticator code, required for all. Anyone who loses their phone uses one of the recovery codes.
- Each company sees only its own organization, and the boundary comes from the person's account, not from the address typed in.
- Every relevant change is recorded: who did it, what, and when.
- Once published, the original artwork leaves the server; the thumbnail, the fingerprint and the post link remain.
The window
What the client sees on signing in
Below, the shape of the client window in an ordinary month: what awaits a decision, what has been approved, and the performance of each network subscribed to.

Limits
What the MKT Hub does not do
Said before the proposal, so no expectation is born from a vague sentence.
- In the client window you do not create pieces or pick the time: the piece arrives finished, and Redbeard orders the publishing.
- It does not publish to or measure LinkedIn, which depends on a clearance from the network itself that is still under review. TikTok is not part of it.
- It does not publish video or Stories today: Instagram as single image and carousel, Facebook and the blog.
- It does not create or manage paid media campaigns.
- It is not a real-time dashboard: performance is as recent as the last data collection, run by Redbeard.
- On Instagram, publishing goes out in one of three fixed slots a day, and deleting a post is done in the app, because the network does not allow deletion through an integration.
- It does not track press mentions.
Questions that always come up
What usually holds the decision back
We already approve over WhatsApp, and it works
It works until the first time a version different from the approved one goes out, or someone asks who authorized it. In the Hub the approval applies to the exact version of that network's copy and artwork, and it is recorded with name and date.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The window opens in the browser, with a password and an authenticator code. Redbeard connects the network and analytics accounts, with the permissions your company grants.
Who can approve?
The people you name, each with their own access. Any of them can decide a piece, and the e-mail notice goes to all of them. Sequential approval, with two required sign-offs, does not exist today.
What if I want to change the copy after approving?
You can, and the change creates a new version, which goes back for approval. The earlier approval does not carry over to the new copy. Artwork for a network already decided cannot be swapped from the screen; the swap goes through Redbeard.
Can we start with just a few networks?
Yes. Each network you subscribe to appears in your window, and one that is not in the contract does not appear, not even as zero. Adding a network later means connecting one more account.
What happens if we stop?
The posts live in your company's accounts and stay there. Access to the networks is granted by your company, and your company is the one that revokes it.
Next step
Tell us how your marketing gets approved today.
A description in plain language is enough for the first conversation: which networks the company uses, who creates the pieces, who approves them and where. If the answer is that the Hub is not the fit yet, it comes back that way too.
